Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days, but delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we will do our best to get your oven mitts to you as quickly as possible.

 

Pick Up

If you prefer to pick up your purchase in person, you can choose to collect at our Home Studio in Kensington, Vic.

Your order will be placed in a lockbox on the front porch. No need to knock or anything, you can easily just duck in and out the front gate without talking to soul

Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email to confirm the pick up details. Please reply to your order confirmation email with an estimate of when you will collect your item. We will then email the code for you to access the lock box.

Do not collect until you organised a time with us, your order will not be placed in the lockbox until you have confirm an estimated day of arrival. If you want to collect asap, please contact us.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. Note that returns will need to be sent back to us at your own cost.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at info@grabthat.com.au. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What should I do if my oven mitts are defective or damaged?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What if I haven't received my refund after 15 business days?

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@grabthat.com.au. We will investigate the issue and ensure that you receive your refund promptly.
